The only thing I am missing is SecureBoot but that's because I keep it disabled. Not sure I want Win 11 hogging my entire PC to itself, I like to dab with Linux here and there.

Linux runs within Windows pretty well these days, either the entire OS via Hyper-V or just bash via WSL. So you could have Secure Boot enabled and still "run" Linux.
