I have a bit of a problem. I no longer have access to my original email address and am pondering whether to change everything over to a new one. Has anybody any experience or tips? From what I can gather you get a new CPID if you change email addresses. I did read about using an account manager as this will also (in theory) update the stats for retired projects. Not clear if i need to download and install with the new email or the old one. apparently you have an email to 'verify' the changes, that's not going to work if it it gets sent to the old one as I will never get to it. I do however have all the projects on the pc I am running but it does look like the retired project (bitcoin) stats will not carry over. on the plus side i do have access to all my running clients so i can at least go to each client and project and manually change them if I have to and hope it all works out as I am using clients already. I might have to bite the bullet and just write off Bitcoin stats or just stick with using the old address and password to sign up for anything new that takes my fancy. If anything changes in the future and i get emailed it would be a problem.

Sounds like your efforts to prove to the ESP that you're you, were not met with resounding success (Little else to add, sorry.)

NO I just keep being asked to fill in the same form with the same result. if the accounts emails have been cleared due to inactivity no amount of telling them who i have emailed is going to match if they are not there. To be honest just fed up with it which i why i am thinking of putting all my clients to a new email address and hoping it carries the active projects at least. Frustrating
