There is an out of date security certificate stopping Rosetta tasks uploading/downloading. I believe it affects other projects as well but the one mentioned in the thread I was reading was LHC@home. None of my clients were uploading until I followed the instructions. I don't know if will be automatically fixed once the 'working' week' starts but as Rosetta has strict time limits so I have updated all of mine manually and all tasks have now uploaded. Details are in this thread boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/forum_thread.php?id=14006I have attached the certificate that was provided by one of the posters. Attachments:ca-bundle.crt (223.58 KB)

My machine seems to be communicating fine, so hopefully they've fixed whatever problem they were having.

thought i would bump this - had another issue where I couldn't add new boinc projects - just got failed message each time (on a couple of different pc's) and this fix seems to have resolved that issue also. clean install of latest boinc client would probably work as well but i am always confused if a new install will wipe the host stats
just thought my original attachment is probably out of date but at least you can try this fix if boinc fails to add a project you just need to locate an up to date version
